software is so damaged from the virus we will have
to format the hard-drive (erases everything) and
reload your operating system and software. If you
have a CD burner installed or a USB flash drive, we
may be able to salvage your personal files. However,
due to the unknown complexity of some viruses, this
may not be possible. We will notify you for approval
before taking this action. You will only be
charged for the reload. Not for virus removal
and reload.
